From a technology standpoint, SafeWay uses inspection equipment customized to meet the needs of our customers, like the custom designed leak testers for our valves and check valves. We support quality assurance processes including PPAP/ISIR and conduct continuous in-process quality verification.

Our assembly operations are guided by demand-driven manufacturing that synchronizes customer orders with production scheduling and fabrication. The production floor is model of lean, high-performance cellular manufacturing. Cross-functional teams ensure that parts flow seamlessly into assembly, warehousing and shipping.
